Whole grain rice with buckwheat and dock in an oven

I came up with this dish in my desperate attempts to get my kids to eat buckwheat. Buckwheat is not a cereal, although most of us see it as such. Actually buckwheat (Fagopyrum) is a plant of Polygonaceae (Polygonaceae) family, although initially it was considered as food for poor, you can now find it in the menu of the most elegant restaurants. Buckwheat grains contain up to 16% digestible proteins, including essential amino acids, arginine and lysine. Buckwheat contains 30% carbohydrate, 3% fat, fiber, malic, citric, oxalic acid, vitamins B, B1, B2, PP (rutin), P, E, and minerals such as iron, calcium, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, copper, zinc, boron, iodine, nickel, cobalt.
So the buckwheat is mandatory in my kitchen, but because of its smell, which is not always appeals to children and adults, it is always combined with other grains and grasses!
