Fresh potatoes with dill and garlic

The recipe is one of my grandmother’s, but she made them stewed in a pan!!!! The potato is rich in substances that can be of great benefit to our organism. The abundance of potassium can be very useful in cases of hypertension. Potatoes contain about 79% water, 15% starch, and the remaining percentages being divided between the sugars, fats, protein and fiber. The vitamins contained in the potatoes are B3, B5, B6, vitamin C, K and J.
Fresh potatoes with garlic and dill are an excellent side dish with fresh taste, they are nutritious and incredibly fragrant. It is easy to prepare them following this recipe!
