To prepare toasts with paste of lentils and rosemary, start with the preparation of the lentils. In a saucepan, heat the water, put the whole onion, the carrot, celery and dry lentils. Boil everything for 20 minutes on low heat, then add the red wine and continue cooking for about 30 minutes in a covered container.
