Today I present you a delicious recipe for truffles, delicious and irresistible sweets, but vegan version. Chocolate truffles are tempting and healthy for everyone, especially for children who often have a lack of zinc, which can easily be gotten from pumpkin seeds. I did them with cocoa and hazelnuts, and this combination is simply irresistible!
Mix all the seeds in the robot and grind them almost to the flour. Then add the cocoa, raisins or dates, prunes and grind at high speed for several minutes and then add the bananas.
If the mixture seems too liquid, you can add a little cocoa or coconut flakes.
Work the mixture with your hands and make balls, then roll in cocoa or coconut. Now your truffles are ready to be left to rest in the fridge for half an hour.
They are healthy and delicious due to banana and many seeds and nuts!
