Chickpeas salad

Chickpeas salad is full of fresh veggies – tomatoes, onion, parsley, and a pinch of mint – what ‘makes this recipe even more appetizing, chickpeas and olives.

Chick peas are legumes rich in proteins, zinc, B vitamins, folic acid and fiber, on the other hand are low in fat and most of these are polyunsaturated.

I normally eat this salad for lunch .
