Cabbage and buckwheat

The cabbage is one of the vegetables more nutritious and healthy of the world.Cabbage ranked as an excellent source of vitamin C and a very good source of manganese.
Given the roles of oxidative stress, the antioxidant and anti-inflammatory richness of cabbage would provide anti-cancer health benefits without the addition of cabbage’s glucosinolates . Cabbage is rich in iron.
Buckwheat has all the nutritional characteristics of a cereal and a legume. The proteins in buckwheat have a good biological value, consist essential amino acids, such as lysine, threonine and tryptophan, and amino acids that contain sulfur.
