Bruschetta al pomodoro

The classic tomato bruschetta is a tasty and flavoursome dish to enjoy with friends and relatives. This is a very simple dish suitable for newbies in the kitchen. Furthermore,the bruschetta al pomodoro contains all the ingredients of the Mediterranean diet such as bread,extravirgin olive oil,red vegetables, olives and aromatic herbs,offering a blend of exclusive and natural flavours. Here is the recipe for the perfect bruschetta.

Wash the tomatoes and cut them into dices.Put them in a bowl with a pinch of salt,pepper,the olives,a few chopped basil leaves and the sliced garlic.
Let them marinate for 10 minutes, stirring from time to time,add the oil.
In the meantime,prepare the bruschetta. Place the bred slices over the grill in a pre heated oven at 200 degrees and let them roast until evenly golden.
Take them out and rub with the peeled garlic.Cover with the diced tomatoes and add a final touch of basil leaf,then serve.
