When you juice something– veggies or carrots set aside the pulp and prepare these delicious sticks with carrots pulp!

200 g of flour about (going well all types, I used type 2)
100 ml of water
50 g pulp of carrot
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (30 ml) or 20 grams of coconut oil
a pinch of chopped rosemary
1 pinch of salt
Pre-heat the oven to 180 'C or 350F. In a large bowl add the pulp of carrots, water, oil and rosemary and mix well.
Add the flour to the liquid mixture. If kneading by hand, stir until you can turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface; knead for 5 minutes, adding flour as necessary to keep the dough from sticking to your hands and worktop . The dough should be elastic . Work with half of the dough at a time: on the baking paper, dust the dough with flour. Roll out the dough 3 mm thick on the paper. Quickly cut the dough into 1,5 cm strips . Roll each between the board and your hands as if you were making a rope until it is as long as the baking sheet. Repeat with the second piece of dough.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds, salt or herbs of your choice. Bake for about 20-30 minutes, until the bread sticks are golden .
