This is a great combination of guacamole and hummus, and it is the smoothest and creamiest hummus I’ve ever had.

1 ripe avocado, cut in half, skin and stone remove
150 gr chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 garlic clove, peeled, finely chopped
1 lemon, juice only
1 tablespoon of Tahina
sea salt and extra virgin olive oil , to taste
Pulse chick peas, olive oil, tahini, lemon juice, and garlic in a food processor until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste, add the avocado and pulse mixture until smooth and creamy, about 1 - 2 minutes longer. Serve topped with more olive oil if desired and sprinkle with parsley or fresh coriander . Serve with pita chips or tortilla chips.
